Payment

We expect payment on the date that services are rendered. Payment is accepted in the forms of check, cash, or all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If more than two of your appointments are missed without notification, we reserve the right to bill you the full fee for the session missed. Please provide us 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment; otherwise the full fee will be required of you. Our sessions are 45-55 minutes Please arrive on time – we try to accommodate your schedule, however, we must abbreviate late appointments, so as to be fair to our other patients. Late appointments will be charged the full fee. We work with a third party billing company to submit all of our claims to insurance on the first of every month. It is your responsibility to keep track of annual deductibles and copays.
