Sarah spent the first part of her career as a journalist in New York City where she told the stories of marginalized populations, gaining the attention of those in power and affecting positive societal change. She followed this path to the New York State government, where she focused on public transportation advancements to help improve the lives of millions of commuters each day.
Sarah then decided to continue her passion to help others in a new way. She earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University and was trained as a clinician at a group private practice in New Jersey. There, she guided clients in their journeys to alleviate suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, ADHD, OCD, body image issues, and grief. She is an avid practitioner of yoga and meditation, and brings these modalities into her healing work.
She looks forward to helping clients like you process trauma and life’s difficulties, while assisting you on a path toward reaching your goals. Together, we can strengthen your self-love and build healthy relationships, communication skills, and coping methods.
